This is how a very nice caper spread came about (with organic garlic from the mantzouni, zest and juice from our organic lemons and excellent olive oil), just what you need for accompany your raki or wine, on rusk or in potato salad, dakos, etc.
In addition, the mandarine sirop with juice from our organic mandarines and a little sugar are ready. You can dilute it with water and have a nice "soft drink", spread it in crepes, pancakes, salad dressings or in cakes.
