Saturday 11/4 10:00-13:00 The most fresh, organic lettuces for the cooks and salads of the Easter table!!! Onions, dill, parsley, lemons, endives, carrots, beets, lemonades, vegetable pie, etc. Waiting for you!

Freshly cut, organic vegetables and fruits, jams, tangerines, capers, freshly baked herb pie and much more at the Viya organic farm in Chrousa, Syros island.

This is how a very nice caper spread came about (with organic garlic from the mantzouni, zest and juice from our organic lemons and excellent olive oil), just what you need for accompany your raki or wine, on rusk or in potato salad, dakos, etc. In addition, the mandarine sirop with juice from our organic mandarines and a little sugar are ready. You can dilute it with water and have a nice "soft drink", spread it in crepes, pancakes, salad dressings or in cakes.

Special creations for special gifts and for us too! On Saturday 13/12 at the viya/ organic farm, local artisans, craftspeople and artists will exhibit. Open invitation to musicians. Snacks and drinks together. We are waiting for you.
