Farm to Table
At Viya Organic Farm, we specialize in authentic farm-to-table dining experiences. We invite you to enjoy tasty, healthy Greek dishes prepared with ingredients freshly harvested from our organic farm.
Viya Organic Farm is a beautiful and peaceful place, ideal for a dinner under the trees and the stars.
Our experiences are shaped by seasonality and the natural rhythm of the land.
Cooking Classes
Feel, cook, taste is our motto.
We offer a hands-on experience of harvesting vegetables from the organic estate and, together with Viveta, learning how to cook traditional Greek dishes, which you will then enjoy around the table.
Our menu follows the seasons and your taste.
Tours
From May to September, we offer 1.5–2 hour guided tours of the estate.
This is a great opportunity to learn about Cycladic and regenerative agricultural techniques while walking through the orchard, picking lemons and capers, observing and harvesting seasonal vegetables.
Under the shade, at our marble table, you will enjoy fresh homemade lemonade made from our organic lemons and the freshly harvested veggies.
